We do not collect names, IP addresses, browsing history, or any other personal data.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Your email address is processed for the following purposes:

Waitlist management

To notify you when Auryth TX AI launches

Pre-launch communications

To send you relevant updates about our product

Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the waitlist form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR / Swiss FADP Art. 6(6)).

4. Data processor

Your email address is stored and processed by Brevo (Sendinblue), acting as our data processor under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

Brevo stores data in the European Union and is GDPR-compliant. For details, see Brevo's privacy policy.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website uses zero cookies.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymous, aggregated website statistics. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, does not track individual visitors, and does not collect personal data. No consent banner is required.

Your theme and language preferences are stored in your browser's localStorage. This is a functional, client-side storage mechanism exempt from the ePrivacy Directive — it is never transmitted to any server.

6. Data retention

Your email address is retained until:

You request deletion (see your rights below), or
The waitlist purpose is fulfilled (product launch), after which you will be given the option to create an account or have your data deleted
